Built, the cabin measures 88.1 inches wide by 68 deep by 79 high, a figure SaunaLife notes is taken with the modifiable eaves in place. Wall panels are premium Nordic Spruce at 1.5 inches, benches and backrests are grade-A Aspen with no knots, and the front is a full glass view with a 27-inch tempered clear glass door and a 12-inch window. It ships flat in a crate 87 by 40 by 31 inches.

Between the X7 and the smaller indoor cabins, the difference shows up in four places on the spec sheet: the bench plan, the panels, the glass front and the light bar behind the backrest.

Three Benches, All Dimensioned SaunaLife measures each of the three. The upper bench is 21.37 inches wide and 78.74 long, the lower bench 13.7 by 78.74, and the side bench 23.34 by 26.97. Bench tops are grade-A Aspen at 1.1 inches with no knots, carried on bench supports. From an angle the X7 reads long and low: a capped roof line, spruce panelling down the sides, and the whole front given over to glass. The built footprint is 88.1 inches wide by 68 deep, standing 79 inches high with the modifiable eaves included in that figure. The long wall carries two tiers under a slatted backrest, and a third bench turns the corner at the end. SaunaLife gives a measurement for each: 21.37 inches of seat depth on the upper bench, 13.7 on the lower, both 78.74 inches long, and 23.34 by 26.97 on the side bench. Bench tops and backrests are grade-A Aspen with no knots.

Head-on, the front wall is three glazed sections: a tempered clear glass door in the middle on a long vertical handle, with a fixed glass panel to either side. The white LED light bar sits out of sight behind the slatted Aspen backrest, so what reaches the bench is a band of light along the wall. It runs at 24VDC and 18.69W from a 90W supply, and you operate it from the Wi-Fi app or the wireless handheld remote that ships with a mounting cradle.
